Real Estate Attorney

real estate agent can't give legal advice

A real estate agent can't give legal advice unless he or she happens to also be an attorney. A real estate agent cannot offer legal advice unless they are an attorney. You may want an attorney to review the Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions (CC&Rs) that pertain to the property. You may want to make sure that these restrictions are acceptable to you. Some condominium associations are in pending litigation. You may not want to buy if there is a potential for problems. Title issues and easements are other concerns that a real estate attorney can evaluate, so you can make the best decision.
